A 20x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per person, household, or address.

• Any attempt to claim a bonus fraudulently will result in account closure.
